- Local employers have regular input with students and parents through assemblies and involvement in careers events such as Ambitions Day, Mock Interview Day and work experience placements.
- Use of relevant careers packages with students which use labour market information, such as Kudos.
- Headlands’ Careers Link Governor is heavily involved in the local job market so feeds information to the Careers Lead, as well as to students and parents through regular assemblies.
